Navi Udaan is blessed with group of people to shoulder functional day to day responsibilities along with several others who are not on the board but play an all important role to keep the vitals of association

All the team members were unanimously elected. The chosen team would lead the programs and would try to evolve a model that will take care of perpetual needs of the association.

President
To chair our meetings we have Sri Kuldeep Singh Shergill, a farmer cum businessman by profession. Generous by nature and a loving individual who is ready to take everyone in his fold without any discrimination. Although this leads to some challenging situations but nature keeps the checks and balances for him.

Vice – President
We have Sri Gurdeep Singh Meerheri, a farmer by profession, is an all rounder having background in politics and also president of district sports association. Having seen many shades of life, he concurs life is important and above all man made rules. He is ready to don any cap as per the need of the hour. So you may bump into him while he is gardening or you may dismiss him as a labourer doing menial jobs.

Secretary
The present cycle of programs warrants holistic attention. Ms Reema Verma with over a decade of experience in NGO sector is shouldering the responsibility of reviewing and identifying new programs. While discharging other duties that of a secretary, Reema is also a principal of programs that are exclusively run for women.

Treasurer
The job of a treasurer comes with pinch of salt. It’s sans generosity to nip meaningless expenditure but solicits generous release of funds to keep programs up and running. Sri Gurdeep Singh Mangwal from Sangrur, with lean views and think skin, is taking care of this thankless job. He smiles only when you smile but all who know him vouch for his sharp eye and meticulous work.

Legal Consultant
It is our endeavour to render legal aid in cases where justice is lost owing to judicial process. We stand a chance of running wrong side of the law. To facilitate smooth sailing, We have Advocate Shri Baljit Singh from Sangrur to guide us while dealing with the book of law. Shri Baljeet Singh has nearly three decades of experience of rendering legal advice.

Convener Advisor
We have Mr. Daljeet Singh from Kolkata, popularly known as Thakur Ji, as a Convener and a Guest Speaker for Navi Udaan. He is a well travelled post graduate with extensive public liasioning exposure. He is entrusted with responsibility of member coordination and reviewing proposals for Navi Udaan.

Critical Extras

In addition to above office bearers of the organisation we have several people who play critical role in thought formation and future charter of our association. We can’t miss to mention their criticism that brings in fresh ideas that keeps hibernation at bay.

Shri Anuj Sharma who is an army officer and member of our core committee, makes sure that he spends part of his annual leave with us in Kheri. Anuj has uncanny way of infusing laughter with wit, while helping us to appreciate the basics of discipline and its importance for an organisation.

We have Shri Manjit Singh, originally from Amritsar, now settled in Kheri. He is a teacher by profession on our core committee who is ready to volunteer any work. Though he spends major part of the week teaching kids but he is happily available in after school
hours.
